Monthly Survey of Manufacturing, September 2024
Manufacturing sales declined 0.5% in September, mainly on lower sales of petroleum and coal products as well as lower production of aerospace products and parts.
Wholesale trade, September 2024
Wholesale sales (excluding petroleum, petroleum products, and other hydrocarbons and excluding oilseed and grain) rose 0.8% to $82.3 billion in September.
New motor vehicle sales, September 2024
New motor vehicle sales data for Canada and the provinces are now available for September. The New Motor Vehicle Sales Survey collects data on monthly sales (in dollars and units) of new motor vehicles in Canada by type of vehicle and by country or region of manufacture.
