Study: Women in Canada: Women with Disabilities
Over 2 million women aged 15 or older—nearly 15% of women in Canada—reported at least one disability that limited their daily activities in 2012. This was the case for 1.7 million men (12.5%).
Federal government spending on science and technology, 2015/2016 (final), 2016/2017 (preliminary) and 2017/2018 (intentions)
Following two consecutive years of increases, total spending on science and technology activities by federal government departments and agencies is expected to decrease 1.2% to $11.3 billion in 2017/2018, largely attributable to a decline in activity related to Statistics Canada’s 2016 Census Program.
Characteristics of international overnight travellers, fourth quarter 2016
Canadian residents made 6.8 million overnight trips abroad in the fourth quarter of 2016, spending $8.3 billion. Of these trips, 4.2 million were to the United States, accounting for $3.7 billion in spending.

The six Canadian Level I air carriers flew 7.0 million passengers on scheduled and charter services in March, up 10.0% from March 2016.
Production and disposition of tobacco products, April 2017
Canadian manufacturers produced 1.6 billion cigarettes in April, down 16.0% from March. Cigarette production decreased 16.9% in April compared to the same month a year earlier.
