Canadian Health Survey on Children and Youth, 2019
Recently released crowdsourcing data suggest that the perceived mental health of Canadian youth has declined during the pandemic, with over half (57%) of participants aged 15 to 17 reporting that their mental health was somewhat worse or much worse than it was prior to the implementation of physical distancing measures.
Monthly trade in goods by exporter characteristics, May 2020
There were 17,576 goods-exporting enterprises in May 2020, a decline of 21.2% from May 2019. This marked the fifth consecutive monthly year-over-year decrease in the number of exporters. However, exporters of all employment sizes recovered slightly in May, following record low levels in April.
Detailed preliminary data on confirmed cases of COVID-19, January 15 to July 19, 2020 (revised data)
An updated set of preliminary data on the number of confirmed novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases reported by provincial and territorial public health authorities to the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is now available. Along with this dataset are two aggregated tables that summarize the information available in the dataset. The updated information covers the period from January 15 to July 19, 2020.
Oilseed crushing statistics, June 2020
Oilseed processors crushed 864 559 tonnes of canola in June. Oil production totalled 382 121 tonnes, while meal production totalled 488 722 tonnes.
