New Housing Price Index, April 2020
New home prices were unchanged at the national level in April following two consecutive monthly increases.
Engineering services industry, 2018
In 2018, the engineering services industry reported operating revenue of $28.0 billion—down for the fourth consecutive year—and a decrease of 15.4% since 2014. Over the same period, operating expenses also fell, decreasing 14.1% to $24.8 billion. This resulted in an operating profit margin of 11.3%, down from 12.7% in 2014.

A revised set of preliminary data on the number of confirmed novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases reported by the provincial and territorial health authorities to the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is now available. The set covers the period from January 15 to May 19, 2020.
