Payroll employment, earnings and hours, August 2017
Average weekly earnings of non-farm payroll employees were $975 in August, up 0.9% from the previous month. Compared with August 2016, earnings increased 1.7%.

Construction Union Wage Rate Index, September 2017
The Construction Union Wage Rate Index (including supplements) for Canada remained unchanged in September compared with the previous month. The composite index increased 1.0% in the 12 months to September.
Dairy statistics, August 2017
The volume of yogurt produced in August was 33 561 tonnes, up 2.4% from August 2016. Production of cottage cheese increased 10.3% from the same month a year earlier to 1 915 tonnes in August 2017, while cheddar cheese production increased 9.2% over the same period to 13 921 tonnes.
