We are happy to announce we have managed to reduce some costs and lower the registration fee for our CIM National members for this year.
Authors are required to register by June 1, 2014. There are no refunds for authors after July 15.
Accepted forms of payment online include: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX), cheque and bank transfer until August 29th. Proceed to register by selecting a registration category below:

Cancellation/Substitution policy
- Changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing to MetSoc either by email, fax or mail by August 28th, 2014
- Cancellations received in writing will be subject to a $100 processing fee.
- There are no refunds for authors after July 15, 2014.
- As of August 29th, no refunds will be given. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, visa refusal, etc
- Substitutions must be submitted in writing by the original registrant by August 28th, 2014. The substitute must bring a letter from the original registrant t be processed onsite at the Hyatt.
- MetSoc of CIM is not responsible for airfare, housing, or other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.
