Noted aboriginal law practitioner Thomas Isaac has moved to Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP from McCarthy Tétrault LLP.
“Thomas will provide strategic advice in all areas in which aboriginal law issues arise and will be key in this evolving area, particularly in resource development issues,” the firm says.
Isaac is ranked as a Band 1 practitioner for aboriginal law in the 2013 Edition of Chambers Global and has extensive practice experience representing resource clients and governments. He is also the author of Aboriginal Law, Commentary and Analysis.
