March 20, 2014 – Vancouver, B.C. – ATAC Resources Ltd. (“ATAC” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: ATC) announces that the $6,000,000 flow-through private placement of up to 3,333,333 flow-through units at a price of $1.80 each announced on March 13, 2014 (the “Offering”) could be increased by up to 25% in the event of the exercise in full of the agents’ option, entitling the syndicate of agents led by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd. and including Raymond James Ltd. and Axemen Resource Capital Ltd., to sell up to an additional 833,333 flow-through units on the same terms as disclosed in ATAC’s March 13, 2014 news release.
It is still expected that the closing of the Offering will occur on or about March 27, 2014, and is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, including receipt of all applicable regulatory approvals, including the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
