In an appearance before the Standing Committee on Public Safety and National Security, the CBA offered its views on Bill C-22, National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians Act.

While the CBA supports creating a National Security and Intelligence Committee of Parliamentarians and has called for Parliamentary oversight of national security agencies, it recommends important amendments to the bill.
