Call For Tender – Construction Tender Section 95 Phase 13 Four Plex

Thursday, April 24, 2025 – Nipissing First Nation is planning to construct a total of One Four Plex containing 4-1bedroom housing units in Garden Village.

Contractors interested in submitting bids can pick up a tender package at the Housing Department Office located at 36 Semo Road, Garden Village, Ontario.  Please call 705-753-2050 ext. 1259 to arrange pickup.

Contractors submitting Tenders are required to complete the Tender Proposal Form. Also, the successful contractor must provide a Statement of Qualifications and Experience, General Liability Insurance and a Clearance Certificate from W.S.I.B. prior to the commencement of the project.

All the materials used will be of adequate quality and all construction shall be performed in a good workmanlike manner. Materials and labour shall always comply with the Ontario Building Code.

The work completed to be guaranteed for a period of one year from date of completion.
