After securing support for what his office is billing as “significant strategic investments in Canadian nation-building projects” during his brief stop in Doha, Prime Minister Mark Carney is scheduled to touch down in Zurich this afternoon, where, as noted in What We’re Watching, he’s set to spend the next two days making the rounds at the annual World Economic Forum in Davos.
As yet, his office has not released a detailed itinerary for the final lap of the 10-day tour that kicked off with his high-stakes visit to China last week.
