Chamber of Commerce swears in its 3rd First Nations chair – TBNewsWatch.com

Also on the agenda at the chamber’s annual general meeting was the rollout of its new strategic plan, which will see the organization through to 2030.

THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce swore in its new board, including new chair Edmond Collins, on Thursday.

Collins, whose sat on the organization’s board for the past year, became chair during the Chamber of Commerce’s annual general meeting at the Delta Hotel.

Collins was the economic development manager for Fort William First Nation for 14 years before becoming the director of the Council of Advancement of Native Development Officers.
