CIM Western District Contest: enter by March 24, 2014

CIM’s Western District invites CIM National members within the Western District (Sask., Alta., B.C., Yukon, N.W.T.) to participate in a contest to win one full registration in the next cohort of Leading in Mining – a $10,000 value! To enter: Please write an essay of 700 words maximum to describe what Leading in Mining means to you and why you feel you would benefit from this course, and complete the form. Contestants must be 40 years or younger and able to travel and secure funding to attend the workshops in Vancouver on May 14-16, 2014; in Calgary on Nov. 18-21, 2014; and in Montreal on May 6-8, 2015. The winning essay will be published in CIM Magazine, and the winner will also present a paper on their experience at the CIM 2015 Annual Convention in Montreal. The contest ends on March 24, 2014. Entries will be judged by Western District branch executives. The winner will be announced on or around April 21, 2014. Not a CIM National member?
