Conference Coordinator

The Atlantic Policy Congress of First Nations Chiefs Secretariat (APCFNC) is seeking a qualified and experienced Conference Coordinator to help plan and execute our 2027 Fisheries Conference and Awards Banquet and Ceremony, taking place January 26–28, 2027 in Moncton, New Brunswick.

For over 24 years, the APC Fisheries Conference has brought together fisheries managers, community members, industry leaders, and government to connect and discuss issues that matter to First Nations communities across Atlantic Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of that tradition.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the conference, from venue planning and sponsorship to marketing, registration, and day-of coordination.

Proposals are due by Friday, May 15, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. AST.
