The annual fitness plan will be based on best practices to support employees with setting goals, adherence to activities, and attainment to of personal milestones.
Staff will be set up for success with current education and coaching technology tools, and resources for support.
Why should you attend?
A Corporate Fitness Program is an effective method to promote health and wellness amongst the members of your staff. The program will encourage awareness of health related issues, prevent chronic diseases, improve morale, improve productivity, and reduce costs of healthcare throughout the organization by promoting physical activity. The development of the physical activity component as a part of any community’s wellness and health approach for staff also brings the workplace together. In addition, the fitness program can incorporate goals, objectives and activities from a variety of departments.
