Deleski named one of most powerful women by Atlantic Business Magazine – Saltwire

The Atlantic Business Magazine has announced its 25 most powerful women of the year for 2026 and they include the vice-president of business development and public affairs with Membertou First Nation’s corporate arm.

Jennifer Deleskie is among the women whom the magazine says are making space for other women to step into their own power.

Deleskie is responsible for providing leadership to Membertou’s executive and council. She has effectively managed a number of activities that have been key to Membertou’s stated mandate of creating wealth, wellness and infrastructure. These include co-ordinating special projects, grant and external funding, real estate land development and acquisition, lobbying, policy development and strategic planning.
