Eastmain-1-A and Sarcelle powerhouses and the Rupert diversion – The COMEX report is now public

The review committee (COMEX) responsible for studying projects in the James Bay territory, south of the 55th parallel, has released its report on the public consultations held in six Cree communities in November 2012 following Hydro-Québec’s completion of the Eastmain-1-A and Sarcelle powerhouses and the Rupert diversion.
