Elsewhere on the end-of-summer circuit: Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Minister Gregor Robertson teams up with Toronto mayor Olivia Chow to announce fresh federal support for “community infrastructure” during a joint appearance at an unspecified location somewhere in the city.
