We are recruiting for employer partners and Indigenous people interested in apprenticeship.

We assist Indigenous apprentices to find employers willing to train and mentor them while providing support to both the apprentice and the employer.

• Subsidized wages for full-time employment
• Job coaching, essential skills training, trades-focused GED prep and pre-employment training
• Assistance with the indenturing process and costs
• Apprentice tools allowance
