Toronto, Canada, June 9, 2015 – Goldeye Explorations Limited (TSXV:GGY) (“Goldeye” or the “Company”) wishes to announce that it held its annual meeting of shareholders on June 5, 2015. J. Richard Dean, Jorma Hannila, Roland Horst, Russell Kakepetum and Blaine Webster were re-elected as directors of the Company. McGovern, Hurley, Cunningham, LLP, Chartered Accountants were re-appointed as auditors of the Company.
