Hydrometallurgy Conference 2014

Hydrometallurgy 2014 will provide a forum for the dissemination of all research relating to hydrometallurgical extraction, purification and recovery of base and precious metals. Papers relating to: waste treatment and minimization; environmental compliance and monitoring; automation, sensors and control in hydrometallurgy are also welcome. Updates on current hydrometallurgical operations, new project execution; health and safety initiatives and case studies relating to all aspects of hydrometallurgy are also sought.

The meeting will build on the success of five preceding conferences:

  • 1st International Symposium on Hydrometallurgy held in 1963-Dallas, Texas, USA
  • 2nd International Symposium on Hydrometallurgy held in 1973-Chicago, Illinois, USA
  • 3rd International Symposium on Hydrometallurgy held in 1983-Atlanta, Georgia, USA
  • 4th International Symposium on Hydrometallurgy held in 1993-Salt Lake, Utah, USA
  • 5th International Symposium on Hydrometallurgy held in 2003-Vancouver, BC, Canada
  • 6th International Symposium on Hydrometallurgy held in 2008-Phoenix, Arizona, USA
