Harold (Sonny) Cochrane Q.C., Shawn Scarcello and members of our legal team at Cochrane Saxberg have filed a judicial review on behalf of the Manitoba Metis Federation challenging Manitoba’s failure to consult on the Lake Manitoba and Lake St. Martin Outlet Channels Project.
