Media Advisory – Prof. Jack Mintz to release major report highly critical of Saskatchewan and New Brunswick Potash royalty regimes
REGINA, Jan. 5, 2015 – Media are invited to join Prof. Jack Mintz, Director of The School of Public Policy at the University of Calgary for the release of a major new report that analyzes and compares the potash royalty regimes of Saskatchewan and New Brunswick. The report will be critical of both, but will argue one is a better model of public policy.
