Report 2—Housing in First Nations Communities. This audit will focus on whether Indigenous Services Canada and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation supported First Nations to close the housing gap by improving housing conditions and increasing First Nations’ capacity to manage housing. In addition, we will examine whether Indigenous Services Canada, in partnership with First Nations, made progress to transfer the control of housing to First Nations.
Report 3—First Nations and Inuit Policing Program. This audit will focus on whether Public Safety Canada, under the First Nations and Inuit Policing Program, worked in partnership with Indigenous communities to provide equitable access to policing services that are tailored to the needs of those communities and, whether the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, under the program, worked in partnership with Indigenous communities to deliver dedicated and tailored policing services that supplement the services provided to provinces and territories under police service agreements.
Report 4—National Trade Corridors Fund—Transport Canada. This audit will focus on whether Transport Canada designed, implemented, and monitored the National Trade Corridors Fund effectively to improve the fluidity and resiliency of transportation corridors.
