WHO: The Tsuut’ina Nation, Treaty No. 7 territory, Calgary, Alberta.

WHAT: Tsuut’ina Nation celebrates the Grand Opening of the Hotel at the Grey Eagle Casino, Resort & Entertainment Centre on Tsuut’ina Nation Day.

WHEN: Friday, May 2, 2014. Doors open at 10am with media photo opportunity at 11am with the ribbon cutting, followed by speeches from Chief Roy Whitney and dignitaries inside the hotel ballroom.

WHERE: Grey Eagle Casino & Resort, 3777 Grey Eagle Drive (The corner of 37 Street and Glenmore Trail)

WHY: The Tsuut’ina Nation is marking the Grand Opening of the Hotel on their Nation’s Day by celebrations beginning with a ribbon cutting, grand entry (procession) of dignitaries into the Hotel ballroom followed by a luncheon, afternoon youth concert and sold out evening performance by Dwight Yoakam in the Entertainment Centre.
