A newly completed rental community in Esquimalt is welcoming residents following a ribbon-cutting ceremony that also marked the unveiling of a significant new public art installation
The Gateway, a two-building development at 854 Esquimalt Rd., has been delivered by PC Urban in partnership with Fiera Real Estate. The project is part of PC Urban’s Urban Flats rental communities brand, which focuses on creating well-designed homes that support livability, connection and long-term neighbourhood integration.
The opening event brought together project partners and community members to recognize the completion of a development that adds new housing and a thoughtfully designed public space to the area.
