The Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, today announced the appointment of the Honourable Suzanne Duncan, a Judge of the Supreme Court of Yukon, as the new Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Yukon.
Chief Justice Duncan replaces the Honourable Ronald S. Veale, who retired on July 25, 2020, after 20 years of distinguished service as a judge.
