Utility says no electronic records were affected

Qulliq Energy Corp. says a weekend break-in at its corporate office in Iqaluit may have exposed some customer records.

The energy utility announced Monday on its Facebook page that the incident was reported to the RCMP and is under investigation.

The post did not provide a date or time for when the break-in was discovered.
