Press Release
The Regulatory Change Report has been revised to reflect the AER’s new strategic priorities. Improvements to the report include: a new format, revised report categories, and the addition of project start and completion dates.
Published each Thursday, the Regulatory Change Report is a one-stop source for both industry and public to learn about the AER’s regulatory initiatives.
The regulatory change report allows users to browse a summary of regulatory changes that are either:
Planned – regulatory changes that are planned for the fiscal year.
In progress – regulatory changes that have been approved to proceed and are active in the fiscal year.
Completed – regulatory changes that are completed and published within the fiscal year.
Suspended – regulatory changes that are suspended within the fiscal year.
Stakeholders should be aware that regulatory plans and priorities might change as new issues arise and that project completion dates may also change.
