LONDON, Ont. _ Ruth Burger, 65, appears in court, facing various charges including two counts of criminal negligence causing death. In July, a car reversed into the front entrance of a Costco store and killed six-year-old Addison Hall and seriously injured her younger sister and her pregnant mother whose baby died a week after being delivered by emergency C-section.
