Retail trade, February 2022
Retail sales edged up 0.1% to $59.9 billion in February. Higher sales at clothing and clothing accessories stores (+15.1%) and gasoline stations (+6.2%) were offset by lower sales at motor vehicle and parts dealers (-5.1%).
Industrial product and raw materials price indexes, March 2022
The Industrial Product Price Index (IPPI) rose 4.0% month over month in March 2022, the largest monthly change on record since the series began in 1956. Year over year, the IPPI increased 18.5%, its biggest gain since December 1974. The Raw Materials Price Index was up 11.8% on a monthly basis in March 2022 and 42.7% year over year.

Quarterly civil aviation statistics, fourth quarter 2021
Operating revenue for the 24 largest Canadian air carriers totalled $4.2 billion in the fourth quarter of 2021, well above the same quarter of 2020, but a little under two-thirds (65.0%) of that generated in the fourth quarter of 2019.
Wool disposition and farm value, 2020
In 2020, Canadian wool producers were negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and associated international supply chain issues. The volume of raw wool purchased directly from Canadian producers decreased 21.5% from 2019 to 891 900 kilograms in 2020. The average price paid for wool to Canadian producers in 2020 was $0.69 per kilogram, a decrease of 21.6% from 2019.
