Computer and peripherals price indexes, July 2016
In July, prices for commercial computers decreased 0.6% from June, while prices for computers sold to consumers increased 0.5%. In the case of computer peripherals, monitor prices rose 0.4%, and printer prices declined 0.1%.
Commercial Software Price Index, July 2016
The Commercial Software Price Index (CSPI) increased 0.6% in July compared with the previous month.
Production and disposition of tobacco products, July 2016
Canadian manufacturers produced 1.7 billion cigarettes in July, down 12.3% from June. Cigarette production decreased 10.0% from the same month a year earlier.
