Canadian international merchandise trade, June 2018
Canada’s merchandise trade deficit with the world narrowed from $2.7 billion in May to $626 million in June, the smallest deficit since January 2017. Exports increased 4.1%, while imports edged down 0.2%.

The monthly chain Fisher real dollar values (reference year 2007) for Canadian international merchandise trade are available for June.
Export and import price indexes, June 2018
Current-weighted and fixed-weighted export and import price indexes (2007=100) on a customs or balance of payments basis are now available, based on the 2007 North American Product Classification System.
Sawmills, May 2018
Lumber production rose 1.0% from April to 5 981.0 thousand cubic metres of lumber in May. Production was 2.0% lower than in May 2017.
