New Lending Services Price Index, third quarter 2016
The New Lending Services Price Index increased 3.3% in the third quarter, following a 1.0% decrease in the previous quarter. Decreases in the interest rate spread for individual loans were offset by increases in the interest rate spread for business loans, notably for variable-rate and fixed-rate business loans for a term of less than one year.
Aircraft movement statistics: Small airports, September 2016
In September, take-offs and landings at 121 Canadian airports without air traffic control towers totalled 57,828 movements.
Supply and disposition of refined petroleum products, October 2016
Canadian refineries received 7.2 million cubic metres of crude oil in October, a decrease of 2.6% from the same month in 2015.
Sawmills, October 2016
Lumber production was stable in October compared with September. Sawmills produced 5,920.5 thousand cubic metres of lumber, up 4.2% compared with October 2015.
