Retail trade, November 2025
Retail sales increased 1.3% to $70.4 billion in November. Sales were up in eight of nine subsectors, led by increases at food and beverage retailers.
Travel between Canada and other countries, November 2025
In November, the number of Canadian-resident return trips from the United States was down 23.6% year over year, while the number of trips to Canada by US residents was down 9.0%.
Milled wheat and wheat flour produced, fourth quarter 2025
Millers milled 877 000 tonnes of wheat in the fourth quarter of 2025, while wheat flour production totalled 683 000 tonnes.
Monthly Survey of Manufacturing: Advance indicator, December 2025
Statistics Canada is providing an advance estimate of sales in the manufacturing sector for December. Advance results indicate that total manufacturing sales increased 0.5% in December. The largest increases were in the food subsector and the motor vehicle industry group.
