Railway carloadings, May 2025
In May, the volume of cargo carried by Canadian railways edged up (+0.1%) from May 2024 to 32.7 million tonnes, on higher shipments of wheat, iron ores and potash.
Milled wheat and wheat flour produced, second quarter 2025
Millers milled 868 000 tonnes of wheat in the second quarter of 2025, while wheat flour production totalled 674 000 tonnes.
