Labour Force Survey, February 2016
Employment was virtually unchanged in February (-2,300 or 0.0%) as gains in part-time work were offset by losses in full time. The unemployment rate rose by 0.1 percentage points for the third consecutive month, reaching 7.3% for the first time since March 2013.
National balance sheet and financial flow accounts, fourth quarter 2015
National net worth advanced 2.5% or $236.3 billion from the third quarter to $9,747 billion at the end of the fourth quarter.
Study: Earnings of postsecondary graduates by detailed field of study, 2010
Management sciences and quantitative methods graduates were the top earners among bachelor’s degree holders in 2010. A new study also found that earnings varied considerably across specific fields of study within broader disciplinary categories.
