Building construction price indexes, third quarter 2020

Prices for residential building construction rose 2.4% in the third quarter, the largest gain since the index was introduced in the first quarter of 2017, while the cost of non-residential building construction increased 0.4%.

Redesign of the National Occupational Classification 2021

Every 10 years, the National Occupational Classification (NOC) undergoes a major structural revision whereby the existing occupational groups are reviewed alongside input collected from many relevant stakeholders through a consultation process. The NOC has been developed and is maintained as part of a collaborative partnership between Statistics Canada and Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC).
