Labour Force Survey, August 2016
Following a decline in July, employment edged up in August (+26,000 or +0.1%). The unemployment rate rose 0.1 percentage points to 7.0%, as more people participated in the labour market.
Crude oil and natural gas: Supply and disposition, June 2016
Canada produced 15.7 million cubic metres (98.8 million barrels) of crude oil and equivalent products in June, down 9.3% compared with the same month in 2015.
