Leading indicator of cross-border traveller volume, July 2019
Data indicating cross-border travel by automobile through land ports equipped with the automated Integrated Primary Inspection Line (IPIL) system are now available upon request.
Canadian business counts, June 2019
Nationally, there were 1,311,024 active businesses with employees in June. Provincially, Ontario reported the highest number of active businesses with employees, at 483,063, followed by Quebec at 268,377, British Columbia at 206,244 and Alberta at 176,598.
