Quarterly financial statistics for enterprises, second quarter 2025
Second quarter operating profit for Canadian corporations declined $3.2 billion (-1.7%) from the first quarter, totalling $190.9 billion. The decline was primarily driven by reduced profit in non-financial industries. Despite the drop, operating profit rose by $2.9 billion (+1.6%) compared to the same quarter in 2024.
National Travel Survey and Visitor Travel Survey, first quarter 2025
During the first quarter, Canadian residents took 77.4 million trips within Canada and abroad, up 1.3% from the same quarter in 2024. From January to March 2025, visitors from the United States and overseas countries made 4.3 million trips to Canada, a 1.8% year-over-year decrease.

The public use microdata file (PUMF) for the 2023 Air Exit Survey (AES) component of the Visitor Travel Survey is now available.
Oilseed crushing and major grain deliveries statistics, July 2025
Oilseed processors crushed 968.5 thousand tonnes of canola in July, up 13.1% from June and down 3.6% from July 2024. Oil production reached 408.9 thousand tonnes in July 2025, while meal production was 571.0 thousand tonnes.
