Mobility, earnings, and pathway indicators for journeypersons in Canada, 2017
In 2017, 7.1% of journeypersons had moved to another province to live and work or were working in a province other than their province of residence, one year after certification.
Crushing statistics of major oilseeds, Canada and United States, 2019
Canadian oilseed processors crushed 9 608 640 tonnes of canola in 2019, up 3.5% from 2018, while the amount of soybeans crushed declined 7.4% to 1 906 224 tonnes. Oil production totalled 4 186 625 tonnes for canola and 360 258 tonnes for soybeans, while meal production totalled 5 380 585 tonnes for canola and 1 478 358 tonnes for soybeans.
