Statistics Canada, in partnership with Infrastructure Canada, is pleased to release the second set of data on the state of the nation’s roads, bridges and tunnels. Dairy statistics, August 2020
The total amount of milk sold off farms increased 1.6% year over year to 791 635 kilolitres in August. Meanwhile, milk sold off farms for fluid purposes decreased 2.4% to 220 313 kilolitres. Milk sold off farms for industrial purposes increased 3.2% year over year to 571 322 kilolitres.
Production and disposition of tobacco products, September 2020
Canadian manufacturers produced 1.7 billion cigarettes in September, up 14.4% from August, but down 11.8% from September 2019.
