Study: The literacy skills of New Brunswick francophones
Despite major educational progress, New Brunswick francophones continue to lag behind both their provincial anglophone counterparts and francophones from Quebec, Ontario and Manitoba on proficiency tests for literacy, numeracy and problem-solving in technology-rich environments.
