Canada’s population estimates: Age and sex, July 1, 2019
Canada’s population was estimated at 37,589,262 on July 1, 2019, up 531,497 compared with July 1, 2018. It is the largest growth in numbers in Canada’s history.

Demographic estimates for Canada, the provinces and the territories are now available for the second quarter of 2019. Revised estimates from the third quarter of 2016 to the first quarter of 2019 are also available.
Industrial product and raw materials price indexes, August 2019
The Industrial Product Price Index rose 0.2% in August. Higher prices for meat, fish and dairy products and for primary non-ferrous metal products were mostly offset by lower prices for energy and petroleum products. The Raw Materials Price Index fell 1.8%, mainly as a result of lower prices for crude energy products.
For-hire Motor Carrier Freight Services Price Index, second quarter 2019
The For-hire Motor Carrier Freight Services Price Index advanced 1.7% in the second quarter, following a 0.3% decline in the first quarter.
Couriers and Messengers Services Price Index, August 2019
The Couriers and Messengers Services Price Index (CMSPI) was down 1.0% in August, after decreasing 0.5% in July.
Monthly civil aviation statistics, July 2019
The six Canadian Level I air carriers flew 8.0 million passengers on scheduled and charter services in July, down 1.3% from July 2018 and reversing the upward year-over-year monthly trend that began in April 2014. This followed a 1.0% gain in June 2019.
