Rail transportation, 2019
Canadian railways reported operating revenues of $17.5 billion in 2019, up 7.3% from 2018. This was the third straight year of solid growth. The increase was driven mostly by freight movements, which represent 89.9% of overall operating revenues.

The educational pathways of Canadians are varied. A new Statistics Canada study released today looked at those who entered and completed a college program after having completed a bachelor’s degree.
Biannual Survey of Suppliers of Business Financing, Second half of 2020
Outstanding credit extended to Canadian corporations edged down 0.8% (-$7.8 billion) from the first half of 2020 to $1,007.0 billion at the end of the second half of 2020. On a year-over-year basis, total business credit outstanding increased 2.2% (or +$22.1 billion).
