Average weekly earnings of non-farm payroll employees were $961 in November, up 0.8% from both the previous month and November 2015.

The Construction Union Wage Rate Index (including supplements) for Canada was unchanged in December compared with the previous month. The composite index increased 0.6% in the 12 months to December.

The Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing Services Price Index decreased 0.3% in the third quarter.
Passenger Air Services Price Index, 2015
The Passenger Air Services Price Index (PASPI) decreased 2.0% in 2015 compared with 2014. Both domestic fares (-4.6%) and international fares (-0.1%) posted declines, reflecting the decrease in jet fuel prices.
Production and disposition of tobacco products, December 2016
Canadian manufacturers produced 1.4 billion cigarettes in December, down 34.8% from November. Cigarette production increased 7.2% from the same month a year earlier.
