National tourism indicators, third quarter 2015
Tourism spending in Canada rose 1.1% in the third quarter, after increasing 0.7% in the previous quarter. This was the 10th consecutive quarterly gain in tourism spending and the largest increase since the second quarter of 2014.

Immigrant wives participate less often in the labour market than Canadian-born wives, and about half of the observed difference is attributable to socioeconomic characteristics, according to a new study.
