Commercial Rents Services Price Index, first quarter 2018
The Commercial Rents Services Price Index rose 0.7% in the first quarter, following a 0.6% increase the previous quarter. The gain was attributable to higher average rents for all sectors, namely industrial, retail and office buildings.
