National tourism indicators, first quarter 2019
Tourism spending in Canada rose 0.6% in the first quarter. Increased spending by both Canadians and international visitors in Canada contributed to the rise.
Payroll employment, earnings and hours, April 2019
Average weekly earnings of non-farm payroll employees were $1,023 in April, up 0.7% from March. Compared with 12 months earlier, earnings grew by 2.9%.

Aircraft movement statistics: Major airports, April 2019
Aircraft take-offs and landings at Canadian airports with NAV CANADA air traffic control towers and flight service stations increased 4.0% in April. Ninety airports combined to reach 485,031 movements, compared with 91 airports totalling 466,365 movements in April 2018.
Monthly civil aviation statistics, April 2019
The six Canadian Level I air carriers flew 7.1 million passengers on scheduled and charter services in April, up 4.6% from April 2018 and continuing the upward year-over-year monthly trend that began in April 2014.
Production and disposition of tobacco products, May 2019
Canadian manufacturers produced 1.8 billion cigarettes in May, down 1.0% from April. Cigarette production increased 0.6% compared with May 2018.
Computer and peripherals price indexes, May 2019
The price of desktop and similar computers, laptop and tablet computers, and servers edged up 0.1% in May.
Commercial Software Price Index, May 2019
The Commercial Software Price Index (CSPI) increased 0.9% from April to May 2019.
